OUR APPROACH

TimeStamps Support Services is built on a foundation of compassionate, individualized care. We prioritize each learner’s needs first and utilize assent-based, play-centered ABA therapy to support skill development in a way that respects the child and their experience.

Caregiver coaching is a key part of our model because we believe families are essential partners in the learning process. By working together, we can build skills that carry beyond therapy sessions and into everyday life.

We are also deeply committed to fostering a positive and supportive culture for our team. Our goal is to create a culture of compassion where clinicians feel valued, supported, and empowered to provide the highest quality care to the families we serve.

MEET THE FOUNDER & CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Jennifer Desai M.S., BCBA - Founder & Clinical Director

Jennifer Desai founded TimeStamps Support Services with the belief that ABA therapy should always put people first for both the families supported and the clinicians providing care.

Jennifer has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2011 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2014. She earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals across the lifespan in home, school, clinic, and community settings.

She created TimeStamps to build something different. A place where compassionate care, caregiver collaboration, and meaningful progress are at the center of everything. The name TimeStamps reflects the defining moments and milestones families experience along the journey as their children learn, grow, and gain independence.

Outside of work, Jennifer spends most of her time with her husband and their two young children making memories together most often at Disney or local community events.
